Why is it free?

Because that’s the whole point.

We’re a community nonprofit, not a staffing agency. Our mission is to help underserved individuals find meaningful work — so the candidates cost you nothing and we ask for nothing in return but a fair chance for the people we serve. Partnering with us is simply a way to hire great people while strengthening your community.
